This session explores the transformation of universities into lifelong learning hubs that support individuals across extended learning journeys, from initial education through retirement. It examines emerging flexible models based on micro-credentials, AI-enabled learning pathways, and integrated education–employment ecosystems, highlighting their potential to strengthen inclusion, civic engagement, employability, and inclusive economic growth.
