This keynote examines how universities can respond to rapid workforce transformation by fostering agile lifelong learners. Drawing on the experience of Singapore Institute of Technology, Professor Chua presents an applied learning model grounded in competency-based education, stackable micro-credentials, flexible learning pathways, and industry co-designed curricula.
